Quiet Creek Inn offers one of Idyllwild’s most idyllic wedding, reception, honeymoon and special event settings featuring deluxe accommodations and grounds amidst towering pines and forest meadow, all alongside picturesque Strawberry Creek. Nearby hiking is a “natural” addition to any special event, celebration or gathering. Quiet Creek Inn has ten cabins (for 25-35 overnight guests) and can host up to 150 event guests across multiple venue sites. With seven wooded acres along Idyllwild’s iconic Strawberry Creek, Quiet Creek Inn has plenty of room for your event with an elevated deck, large meadow, enclosed barn loft and several Creekside areas for celebrations, events, exchange of vows and plenty of once-in-a-lifetime fairytale photo opportunities.
Venue rental pricing varies depending on number of attendees, number of venues needed, whether you are buying out the property for a large event, or just a small portion for an intimate exchange of vows on a weekday. With weddings we always recommend a buyout, allowing the wedding couple and family members to be on property prior to the ceremony for preparation and exclusive use of the grounds. Simple events can start as low as $900 for 4 hours using a single venue on a weekday for small weddings of up to 30 persons with one cabin rental and chairs, to $8,000-$16,000 or more for a full weekend event buyouts of all venues, cabins, tables and chairs for greater than 30 persons. Our prices for buyouts can be very affordable, especially when compared to many alternatives in California and this guarantees that the event participants have the property all to themselves, something not available at larger hotels and resorts.
Please note that receptions & weddings of more than 30 persons and any events with entertainment require a full buyout package including rental of all cabins with two nights minimum on weekends. There are two sites that can accmodate smaller events (~30-50) lasting 2-4 hours or less like business gatherings, evening canapes under the stars, etc, without any entertainment.

Note that Weddings & Events of more than 30 persons, and any events with food or entertainment require a full buyout package including which includes rental of all cabins with two nights minimum on weekends. We do not offer large event venue space (greater than 30 persons) without a full buyout of rooms out of respect for our staying guests and to protect the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of guests that book with us.
Platinum, Gold & Silver packages include an array of additional amenities, services and fees in the package price. Our inclusive packages include all fees, taxes, facilities, venue, tables & chairs, accomodations with full buyout of all cabins AND all room taxes, for generally 1-3 nights and local fees, allowing you to focus on planning your own Decorations, Entertainment, Photographer & Catering. We can work with DIY or professionally catered weddings, and give YOU the option to chose without locking you into any food, beverage, or other obligations.

In your email, please tell us the rough months or month and year of your planned Event or Celebration, the total number of guests and vendor persons anticipated. We will reply within 12 business hours (1-2 days, generally less) with package details and tour scheduling instructions & availability. Once you review the full package details and inclusions, you can request a tour via reply email.
We invite you to call us at the Inn so that we may discuss your needs, and if you’ve never been to Quiet Creek Inn to schedule a tour of the grounds and event consultation where we can customize an estimate for you. We tour prospective events and wedding parties Sundays through Thursdays 11am -2pm, by appointment only, as we are a boutique property and are often sold out. Unfortunately for the quiet enjoyment, privacy, and security of our overnight guests, we cannot accommodate unscheduled tours or tours on holidays or other peak times. Wedding tours generally have to be made 2-3 weeks in advance for Sundays, though weekday tours can often be scheduled with little notice.
