I just stayed at the Quiet Creek Inn (#5) for several days while taking a summer class at Idyllwild arts. The inn is right down the road from campus: close enough to be convenient, but far enough to be a nice get away in the evening. It’s in a truly quiet spot in the forest along Strawberry Creek with lots of wildlife. The mini fridge and microwave was ideal for fixing a quick breakfast and dinner without any extra running around. There was a DVD player in the room with a huge selection of great movies to borrow for free. Despite the hot weather when I was there, the room remained a comfortable temperature with the ceiling fan running. I will definitely plan to return in the future!
