Clean, comfortable, nice kitchen, Quiet Creek very helpful
Jim at Quiet Creek very helpful in recommending Casa Serena for us and our little Chihuahua… Other than a couple of beer bottles outside on the ground on the backside of the property when we arrived, the Casa Serena was very clean and comfortable.
If you want seclusion with a nice view in a comfortable rental that has 3 bedrooms and a nice deck, a very nice modern kitchen, cable TV, wifi, etc, then this is a great option.
Another nice touch when compared to some other property rentals in Idyllwild is the fact Quiet Creek did not make us take our trash with us. We just made sure it was bagged up and put in the included trash cans on the property (per Quiet Creeks rental instructions for Casa Serena). Some other rental properties run by non-Quiet Creek management charge extra fees for trash service (if the renter leaves any trash on the property upon checkout).
Would like to come back again sometime, although next time I may ask Jim if he has a place similar to Casa Serena (seclusion, view, nice deck, comfortable, pet friendly, nice kitchen, cable tv, etc) but which may be closer walking distance to the restaurants & shops in town. If no similar place is available, although Casa Serena is mainly accessible by car, Casa Serena is really hard to beat with all the amenities it offers its guests.
Thumbs up to Quiet Creek for their hospitality, professionalism, and helpfulness… and for very patiently answering all our questions about Quiet Creek’s different rental options before we settled on Casa Serena…
