Quiet Creek Inn Studio: want it just for friends

Would recommend to everyone, but maybe I want it just for friends

This place is the best place to stay, I couldn’t want for much more than maybe it be a B&B.

Quiet Creek Inn Studio: great little inn in the pines

Great little inn in the pines

Quiet Creek Inn is a lovely and peaceful site. Their thoughtful gardens create a great habitat for both guests and wildlife with plenty of places inside and out to relax. Proximity to the arts academy is a bonus.

Solitude: lovely place in a lovely setting

Lovely place in a lovely setting, private but not isolated.

The house is wonderful, comfortable, uncluttered and very tastefully decorated; and the location is ideal. The only improvement I could suggest would be the addition of laundry facilities — especially important for longer stays.

Lily Cottage: cabin in the woods

Cabin in the woods

The cabin was in a great location and larger than we thought from the photos. Very quiet, nice views of Lily Rock. Very large and comfortable sleeping area and a great king bed. Nice area for sitting or reading outside.

The one downside was a mini-refrigerator which would be fine for a couple of nights but we were there for a little over a week and had to keep our ice chest filled to maintain our food. We had an entire bag of lettuce ruined in the refrigerator. So cooking was a bit of a challenge between the refrigerator and a very small kitchen. For a short stay or mostly eating prepared foods, it would be fine.

There’s a great potbelly stove in the sleeping area and a tremendous stone fireplace in the living room. It was cold enough one morning to use the potbelly and it really heated the entire cabin very well.

Other than that, well thought out, good location, convenient but far enough away from town to be very quiet and a 5 minute drive from everything. Also, it is only 5 minutes to get up to the Ernie Maxwell Trail with our dog who was very happy about that!

Quiet Creek Inn Creek View Queen Suite: tranquil & relaxing

Tranquil and relaxing experience.

The service was caring and not rehearsed. The cabin was just right, the bed perfect. We would have liked one extra towel set, a toaster, and a VHS recorder for the other movies. The location was key to the whole experience. The sound of running water from our cozy deck was so relaxing. We did not want to leave. Because of the ambiance we had our dinners in instead of going out. I think it would be worth the investment to fix or replace the starter on the barbeque. You can order a whole new starter on line. We will definitely return. You two are very special and caring Inn Keepers. Thank you, Karen Young

Manager Response to K & K

Karen – thanks for the thoughtful review. There was a toaster in the kitchenette cabin (top shelf). We’ve replaced the starter on the grill twice to no effect and, sad to say, we are resigned to using a fireplace lighter until we need to replace the grill but that seems to work fine.

Cozy Hideaway: Amazing peace

“Amazing Peace”

We loved our little cabin in the woods. So cozy and quiet. But close enough to the town center to enjoy great meals and local flavor.

Kythe Cottage: perfect – again

Perfect – again

This was our second stay at this adorable property. The house is so comfortable, you will feel right at home. The owners, that live on the property, are exceptionally nice and will go out of their way to help you. We plan on coming back again. You will not be disappointed in this adorable cottage.
