My husband and I stayed at Quiet Creek Inn (cabin #6) for 2 nights in June 2011. The cabin was exquisitely appointed, the bed was very comfortable, and the cabin was near the creek and with the window open we could hear the water flowing by. The owners of the Inn were very friendly and helpful, providing recommendations of where to eat and what to do in Idyllwild. We also bought several pictures from the on-site art gallery. We had a wonderful time at the Inn and in Idyllwild. We will definitely go back.

The cabin is ideally situated in close walking distance to town and to the Strawberry creek trail. The cabin itself is extremely well maintained with a rustic feel. The kitchen is well outfitted. The decks have ample space with a large gas BBQ. The beds are very comfortable- a feature you don’t often find in the rustic cabins of Idyllwild. The wooden spiral staircase is also an interesting feature of this lovely cabin.

Quiet Creek Inn is charming, secluded, immaculate, well sited with views and access to Strawberry Creek, and comfortable.
Jim and Mike, owners, and TK and her housekeeping staff are personally dedicated to making their guests’ experience pleasant and memorable.

The view inspired us to hike San Jacinto Peak!

The house was fabulous and clean! We had so much fun. We even climbed to San Jacinto Peak…We will be back. The only disappointment was no BBQ.

Love the Quiet Creek Inn b/c it is so quiet! Only hear the squirrels dashing about, blue jays, songbirds, and the gentle creek. So nice to relax on the deck and also to enjoy all of the amenities (nice selection of Dvd’s, teas, etc. in the barn). The frig and microwave plus plates, utensils, etc. make it so easy to have breakfast/lunch in the room. Great on-site art gallery.Well-done! Easy walk into town as well.

Spectacular!

A contemporary, stylish, stunning property in a spectacular setting. We slept in the guest house to enjoy its grand view, but also enjoyed the decks & interiors of the main house. Loved “Three Bears”!

Great Rental

View makes this place top notch. Our only complaint was that the kitchen was lacking in a few items, so if you really cherish using anything in your kitchen, bring it! Otherwise, you can’t beat the value and location. We love Idyllwild and Quiet Creek Inn delivers consistent value.

Relaxing

As always, very quiet and relaxing. The creek was flowing full and the weather was great for a nice walk on fairly level grounds. The birds and squirrels are about five pounds heavier, overall, from eating the peanuts and bird food!

Cabin #4’s bed was very comfortable.

I would have to rate the holiday as 5-Stars across the board!
