I love the QC. I’ve been there every year for about 25 years. It has always been great but is even greater under the current owners. I already have my reservation for 2011 so you must be doing something (actually a lot of things) right. I have recommended the QC to friends, many of whom have subsequently stayed there. All were pleased. I usually pass around the brochure in my Idyllwild arts classes and some of my 2010 classmates plan to stay at the QC during the Idyllwild arts Program in 2011

We rented the cabin for a week and a day while attending Idyllwild arts where we both took classes during the day. No air conditioning but the fans were adequate. We enjoyed eating on the back deck. My goodness but the beds are high.

If you are traveling to Idyllwild, Ca, this is a great place to stay to relax and unwind. Well-kept cabins, with a central area (a “barn”) for guests to visit for tea, movies and books. Located amid trees and a bubbling brook, this is a wonderful place to stay.

There was some confusion at check in, but we ended up benefiting as we got upgraded to the cottage at twin trees. It was perfect. Bedroom long window opens up so you look down on the creek. Really loved the location. Place was clean too.
