Jim and Mike made checking in and finding Lily Cottage quick and pleasant. Their recommendations of local restaurants and activities were excellent. The cottage itself was perfect for us and our two dogs: roomy, comfortable, and located in a quiet area some distance from town. Everything we could need in the way of supplies was provided. We probably will remember most the spectacular views of Lily Rock from the front porch.

What a magical place to stay. The cabin is adorable & so comfortabe & cozy, especially when the fireplace is lit. The kitchen is beautifully done with nice appliances & it even has a breadmaker.

Sitting on the deck, the sound of the creek running through the back yard has such a calming effect.

We will definately be returning to this little piece of heaven.

Everything was perfect for our week-long stay…this is a beautiful deluxe cabin with an equally deluxe little studio guest house…and Jim of Quiet Creek really went above and beyond when we had any concerns (computer problems). Drove over personally and fixed the problem. Incredible! Would highly recommend this cabin and Quiet Creek.

My husband and I rented the Serenity cabin for a 4 day weekend. The cabin was a single level 2 bedroom accomodation. My husband is legally blind and the layout of the cabin made it very easy for him to navigate. Beyond that, the cabin was very comfortably furnished with quaint decor and lots of attention to detail. Two large sculptures in the backyard added to the woodsy ambiance. The kitchen was well equipted. The Quiet Creek crew made sure it was exceptionally clean before our visit. Actually, this was our third cabin rental from Quiet Creek and all of our experiences with them have been very positive.

As soon as we drove up I realized the weekend was going to be more than expected. The setting is beautiful. You’re surrounded by amazingly aromatic pine trees, and adorable cabins. We meet the owners on check in. They made sure to make us feel welcome and appreciated. They told us if we needed anything to just ask. We did, they were great hosts. They made great suggestions on where to visit and where to eat at in town. The room was comfortable, clean, and cozy, everything we needed. We borrowed a pass to be able to park at the base of the mountain so we could go hiking. The view was spectacular. I loved drinking our morning coffee on our private patio with the view and sounds of Strawberry Creek.

Whenever we go to Idyllwild, we stay in a cabin on the Quiet Creek
property. The cabins are well designed and equipped, modern, very clean
and well maintained, and decorated very tastefully. They have
fireplaces, sliding glass doors that open on to private decks, and
kitchenetts. The setting is superb – forested and right on Strawberry
Creek, which you can enjoy from your private deck, sitting on one of the
many Adirondack chairs placed along the stream, or, of course, walking.
The owners are friendly, and helpful. We love this place!

A lovely home for a large family or group of friends. The amenities were first class We loved the plushy towels and silky sheets. The stairway to the game room was tricky and the bathroom with the low headroom was too! It’s in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to all the local restaurants and shops! A great vacation home.

We just had a great stay at Casa Alta. It’s decorated in a very tasteful modern style, yet it feels very warm and inviting. This kitchen is stocked with everything we needed and much more. It was so nice we ended up cooking dinner in twice and only gonig out once. The views are incredible and the house is full of windows and light. We highly recommend it for a couple or a family with children. It’s not as great for two couples, which we were, since the master bedroom is large with a full bathroom, the second bedroom is much smaller with only a half bath (the shower is downstairs) and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds.

We rented this home based on another review that noted how good it was for pets, so we took our year old puppy with us and it was great, it is a very low traffic road so we took nice walks on it and the WiFi worked just fine.
