This really isn’t an “inn” but ten duplex cottages. Since the cottages were built in the 80’s, they are not your usual knotty pine boxes. The property is in a residential area about a mile from the shops and restaurants in “downtown” Idyllwild. You can access the Hillside Trail in Idyllwild County Park about a block away from the Inn. This was very convenient. The only downside to the cottage was that the gas heater made a pinging noise that I found to be annoying. To be fair, most people wouldn’t probably even notice it.
